At HUGO BOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original HUGO BOX packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
